摘要：

The safety of construction engineering plays an important role in the sustained, stable and coordinate development of building trade, which is the mainstay of national economy. However, the current situation of construction safety in China is not optimistic. After a concrete analysis and a summary of research achievements of construction engineering's safety management in China and abroad, this paper adopts some new methods, such as systematic, game theory and information economics to analyze the game of interest between owners and contractors in Chinese building trade. For the first time, a game model for supervision of contractor's chosen conduct under Owner's supervision is set up. Based on,those results of model analysis, some measures to improve the level of safety supervision of Chinese construction engineering are proposed.
