摘要
Velocity correction time fuze is a kind of time fuze which corrects action time after the active velocity is achieved; the timing precision is the key factor of damage effect of projectile. Therefore, a velocity correction time fuze system was designed for a shoulder-fired rocket in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the timing precision of fuze, the specific design of key factors were introduced from the velocity precision, starting point of timing, the oscillator precision, correction method. Finally, the correctness of the design was verified by static simulation tests and air-burst tests. The results of tests show the system has reliability of 100%, time precision of-2ms similar to+3ms and distance precision of-3m similar to+3m, which meet the requirements of the system. The study will be a good instruction for the technical design of high precision time fuze of shoulder-fired rocket.
