摘要
The growth conditions for Sr2CuO2(CO3)(1-x)(BO3)(x) films using the metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCYD) technique are determined. Superconducting films (T-c similar to 30 K) with c-axis orientation are prepared on SrTiO3 (100) substrates using dipivaloylmethane (DPM) metal chelates of Sr and Cu, Sr(DPM)(2), Cu(DPM)(2) and [CH3(CH2)(17)O]B-3 source materials.
