摘要
The research that has been done in the United States indicates that males and females perceive successful managers as processing characteristics that are generally ascribed more to men than women. In this study, a sample of 70 Nigerians was used to investigate the impact of gender on attitudes toward women managers. By using the Women As Managers scale, the results indicate that Nigerian women have more positive attitudes toward women managers than their male counterparts. The implications of the results are discussed for two types of multinational firms.
