摘要
The manifestation of macromolecular effects in the process of chitosan enzymatic degradation in acetic acid solution under the action of a non-specific enzyme - hyaluronidase - has been revealed. It has been established that chitosan concentration in the initial solution determines its supermolecular organization and, as a result, the extent of the enzymatic degradation.
