摘要
The phase diagram of the Ag-Au-Sb ternary system has been assessed using X-ray diffraction analysis, electron-probe micro-analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. Four isopletic sections were studied: 80, 70 and 10at.% Ag and 10at.% An. Three ternary invariant reactions were noted. This study is part of an international program, COST 53 1, about lead-free soldering materials. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
