摘要
A numerical simulation method to predict helicopter engine jet and fuselage temperature field is presented. Rotor free wake analysis can be used to calculate rotor wake geometry and the downwash and sidewash velocity field around the engine jet space. The path of the jet centerline can be calculated using numerical integration, after obtaining the downwash and sidewash velocity distribution along the centerline of the engine jet. The final temperature of a point on the fuselage can be determined by adding the convection temperature, which lies in the back body part and radiation temperature, which lies in the whole surface, to environmental temperature. The calculation of fuselage temperature provides insight into the influence of engine jet upon the temperature distribution around a helicopter. The given method can be used to predict rotor wake, engine jet, and temperature distribution of a helicopter.
