摘要
With the fast development of society and economy, as a green strong oxidant of killing bacteria, decolouring and removing odour, ozone has played more and more important role in daily life and social productive activities. This paper introduces the development of research on the generating technology and application fields of ozone, as well as the developing trend. It points out that the farther development is to study on methods how to generate high-concentration ozone and more efficiently, as well as to develop high-concentration and miniaturization ozone generator.
