Dielectric properties of tungsten bronze lead barium niobate partially substituted by tantalum

摘要
Dielectric properties of tungsten bronze lead barium niobate were studied by partial substitution of Ta for Nb atoms. Upon 10% substitution of Ta for Nb, the Curie points and dielectric constants were reduced comparing with those of the lead barium niobate (PEN). Changes of Curie points as a function of composition were different from PEN. The epsilon - T curves were compared between ordered and disordered PBTN samples.
