摘要
RIKEN-BNL Research Center came into existence in the fall of 1997. It is dedicated to the strong interaction physics and aims at promoting young researchers. It has been leading the RHIC and RHIC-Spin researches, revolutionized the cascade models for relativistic heavy-ion collisions, built the world's fastest non-commercial supercomputer, and is pioneering the lattice-QCD numerical calculations with exact chiral symmetry.
