摘要
A time-integrated spatially resolved laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) technique was applied for direct determination of low Sr concentrations in marine algae standard samples. The standard addition method was adapted to evaluate the quantitative capability of the developed LIBS system and the analytical results obtained by the LIBS technique were compared to the certified concentration values for the standard samples. As such, the feasibility of quantitative elemental analysis of Sr in marine algae samples by time-integrated spatially resolved LIBS produced by Nd:YAG irradiation under a reduced argon atmosphere was demonstrated.
