摘要
The intrinsic nano-ZnO and Ni@ZnO were synthesized with Zn(CH3COO)(2)center dot 2H(2)O and NaOH by hydrothermal method under the temperature of 120 degrees C, and the C19H42BrN(CTAB) was used as surface active agent, Ni(CH3COO)(2)center dot 4H(2)O was used as Ni-doped element, and then solution with different reaction concentration is configured. The crystal structure, morphology and fluorescence characteristics of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and fluorescence spectrometer (PL) respectively. The results indicate that the samples are pure phase nanocrystals of hexagonal wurtzite structure. With the increase of the doping concentration of Ni2+ concentration, which causes the morphology of the sample to gradually change from flower-like nanowires into rod-like nanorods, besides, the ratio of length to diameter is higher and the grain distribution is uniform. The PL characteristics show that there is strong green emission capability at about 560nm area, and with the increase of Ni2+ concentration, the visible emission peak is significantly enhanced. Moreover, there are weak ultraviolet laser peaks at about 380nm in the near sideband region. Finally, the photoluminescence mechanism of the samples is discussed.
