摘要：
A simple procedure was used for simultaneous isolation of poplar isoplastocyanins PCa and PCb and three red-coloured protein fractions (RF1, RF2 and RF3). Similarity of the latter to the monomer Cyt b(6)f complex of the photosynthetic chain was found by spectroscopic and electrophoretic analyses.
