摘要：

Aiming at test needs for a certain equipment, an Automatic Test System(ATS) is set Lip based on VXIbus virtual instrument. The basic structure and theory about virtual instrument is expatiated on and the hardware frame of ATS and the methods of how to develop virtual instrument based on LabWindows/CVI is given out. The experiment proves that the system holds well facility and extensibility. Meanwhile, it can satisty needs of the field test and maintenance and supportability (M&S) tasks in relaying level.
