摘要
The new EU industrial policy is aimed at implementing key priorities: maintaining global competitiveness of European industry and equal playing conditions, both domestically and globally, ensuring Europe's climate neutrality by 2050 and shaping the digital future of Europe. These vectors define a comprehensive set of principles for state regulation of industry and the specifics of future actions in the field of common European industrial policy. This publication attempts to identify the key drivers of industrial development and industrial policy in Europe and to outline the transformation vectors of European industrial and economic development. Based on the analysis of official data and analytical reports, space-time and sectoral features of industrial production in EU countries are determined, factors that influence industrial development are identified, major trends in industrial development are considered, socio-economic effects of industrial policy for EU countries are identified.
