Meniscal allograft: Keyhole technique

Meniscal allografts have been found to be a feasible alternative in the effort to limit the sequelae of arthritis that can occur with meniscal excision. Several surgical techniques have been used to implant a meniscus, with the keyhole method often performed. Description of the keyhole procedure is given, including surgical pearls for implanting a meniscus.
