摘要
The insulation sandwich light panel with polyurethane foam and fly ash concrete is a new type of green building material, low investment, low cost and broad market. Especially can meet Chinese energy saving, environmental policy. In order to make this new sandwich light panel applied as soon as possible, 30 specimens were designed for experimental study on the basic mechanical behaviors, study including the polyurethane foam expansion force, the bond strength, elastic modulus, deformation performance and the hearing capacity. Test results shown that polyurethane foam has large expansion force, good bond performance and excellent deformation ability. The sandwich light panel failure belong to brittle failure, its failure progress is very rapid. All of this may be helped for the science research and engineering applications.
