摘要
The paper is focused on the analysis of the state of art of human rights protection system within the Slovak Republic and reflection of the Paris principles. In 2015 there was adopted National Strategy for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights and the previous institutional system requires amendments and modification. The system of cooperation was replaced by full independence of the institutions and bodies and the efficiency is very low, comparable to the decisions of European Court for Human Rights. National point for human rights as partner's institution to UN - Slovak National Centre for Human Rights was postponed from the membership as not fulfilling all conditions. The role of ombudsman was divided to different public defender offices for people with disabilities, children's ombudsman and general one. All institutions are established by individual legal acts, without notification on cooperation or networking. The final output of qualitative analysis should help to propose recommendations on networking, while reflecting general content of Paris principles. The effective protection of human rights in the country and respect from international institutions and bodies should be achieved.
