摘要：
Advanced nano-technology is exploited to produce a set of Fresnel neutron zone plates of large aperture and with similar and reproducible characteristics. These zone plates have been employed to test the performance of a stack of them. It is found that the stack of many zone plates can be effective in handling a neutron beam. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V.
