摘要
Construction industry is an important pillar industry in China. But the productivity of Chinese construction industry is much lower than that of many other industries in China and that of many developed countries. To improve the management efficiency in this field, the mode of construction project management was put forward since 1980s by Chinese government and many new concepts and techniques were introduced and applied in this area, including computer simulation. Computer simulation is a powerful tool for accurate modeling of real-world construction systems to support decision-making (DM). The simulation of some tasks at different stages in the project life cycle of construction projects is analyzed in this paper, such as financial investment, biding, risk management, construction machinery choosing, construction site inventory, on-site layout, construction operations, etc. And a framework of integrated simulation system of construction project management is proposed.
