摘要
One-two punch: Single stranded DNA sequences can be detected by nicking endonuclease assisted nanoparticle amplification (see picture). The detection system offers a colorimetric detection limit of 0.5 fmol within hours for selected oligonucleotides. Detection of DNA sequences with a single base mismatch or different lengths is also demonstrated. © 2009 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
