摘要
The microstructure and magnetic properties of FeCo films fabricated by electrodeposition technique with different deposition temperatures were systematically studied. The results indicate that deposition temperature have the significant impact on the composition, microstructure, thickness and morphology of the films. The static and dynamic magnetic properties of FeCo films reveal that magnetic anisotropy field (H-k) and the damping factor a firstly increased then decreased with the increase of deposition temperature from 18 to 78 degrees C. The saturation magnetization (4 pi M-s) value is roughly increased with the improvement of deposition temperatures. (C) 2017 The Electrochemical Society. All rights reserved.
