摘要
Six yellow and orange newly obtained solution-processible compounds containing heteroleptic iridium (III) complexes for OLEDs are presented. Light emission properties of compounds in solution and thin films and electroluminescence properties of created OLEDs are discussed. The photoluminescence quantum yield of acquired compounds reached values from 0.64 to 0.90 in tetrahydrofuran solution. Specifically chosen, according to the quantum yield, two of them were used to create a spin-coated host-guest emissive layer for OLEDs. At measured luminance of 6000 cd M-2 prepared devices achieved an external quantum efficiency of 7.9 %, power efficiency of 7.8 lm W-1 and current efficiency of 12.4 cd A(-1). Maximal brightness of the devices reached 17451 cd m(-2).
