摘要
Salicylic acid (SA) is widely used in postharvest storage of fruits and vegetables. It was added to the polylactic acid (PLA) film. And then the antibacterial rate, mechanical properties, moisture permeability of the composite packaging materials were tested. The crystallization properties and morphology were measured by X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that when the mass fraction of SA was 6%, the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli reached to 97.63%, the water vapor permeability coefficient was 11.4 x 10(-14) g cm/(cm(2) s Pa). With the mass fraction of SA increased, the tensile strength decreased, the breaking elongation increased obviously. The comprehensive performance of the composite packaging material was improved.
