Analysis of volatile oil constituents in pinecone of Pinus koraiensis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要
The volatile constituents of Pinecone of Pinus koratensis were studied. Method of steam distillation had been adopted to extract the volatile constituents from Pinecone of Pinus koraiensis. The optimal distillation time was 5.5 h; the extraction rate of the volatile oil was 1.28%. By gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method, 32 chemical constituents were identified in the volatile oil from Pinecone of Pinus koraiensis. Most of the components were monoterpene and sesquiterpene. The major components were: alpha-Pinene (44.258%) D-Limonene (23.426%), beta-Pinene (8.674%), Caryophyllene (3.462%), beta-Myrcene (3.018%). There were some components that had high pharnmacological effect, such as alpha-Pinene, D-Limonene, Caryophyllene. Pinecone of Pinus koraiensis is a kind of natural drug resource, which holds enormous potential.
