Loop electrosurgical excisional procedure combined with laser vaporization on extensive cervical lesions

On extensive intraepithelial cervix lesions of any grade including the endocervix until 10 mm, to make a wide excision by loop and removing the marginal areas by laser. is a behavior preferable to protect women's fertility specially young and nuillparus. 63 patients (85% nulliparus) younger than 25 years old, having SIL-High Grade located widely on the ectocervix but also extended to one or more "culd de sac". When the endocervical canal was compromised it was made a conization with microneedle or great elliptic or triangular loop, erradicating 20 mm. maximun of the canal, followed by 5 mm. of vaporization of the affected area including the 10 mm of peripheral borders with normal aspect. Followed by 19 month (8-35), the results with one procedure cured 97.8% with visible Squamous Columnar Junction in 95%, without complications or cervix scarring. The recurrences were treated immediately with a same method.
