The research of enterprises crisis early warning based on Bayesian networks

Because of the crisis exists wherever and whatever time for some Chinese enterprises, the traditional management ideas and methods receives questions and challenges day by day(4). Enterprises should unceasingly innovate and seek the management model suitable in order to achieve the crisis early warning goal. In this article, we mainly take the matrix form crisis as the example to analyze and elaborate the utilization of Bayesian Networks and thoroughly analyze the questions which needs to pay attention in application of Bayesian Networks.
