摘要：

In the title compound, C14H19N3O4, the perhydropyran ring adopts a chair conformation. An intramolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal packing, molecules are linked by O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds, forming infinite chains along [100].
