摘要
YY Social networks have turned into new politic spaces and favoured democratic deliberation. However, they are also promoting misinformation and trivialising the public sphere. Constitutional law passes through difficulties to meet its basic functions because of globalisation, the displacement of power centers and the arising of new technologies. This paper analyses the real transforming power of the technology behind social networks and as well as its advantages and disadvantages for the revitalization of democracy, focusing on the current situation of constitutional law.
