摘要：
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the economy development of our country. For a long time, financing problems have seriously hindered SMEs' development. This paper mainly introduces the financing modes of small and medium-sized enterprises and their problems, and finally explores the solutions from three aspects of the enterprise itself, financial institutions and the government.
