摘要
The term mentality at work process is currently very used concept. The aim of the article is to define through the research the understanding of the basic term of the mentality of the workforce, its manifestation in the company and definition of the effects causing differences in the mentality of workers. The research is conducted by method of mental mapping of selected group of respondents. The article is also concerned with the issues of the relationship between the mentality, region differences and the culture. The report originates in terms of the solution of the project VEGA 1/0053/12.
