Osteoarthritis is a widespread and significant disorder. Correction of vitamin D deficiency in patients with significant osteoarthritis of the knee did not result in improvement of pain symptoms or in preservation of cartilage in the knee space. © 2013, Taylor & Francis. All rights reserved.
