摘要
Abciximab pretreatment in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction restored Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction grade 2/3 flow in 32% of patients. Despite comparable final angiographic success of primary angioplasty, complete resolution of ST-segment elevation was observed in 70% of abciximab-pretreated patients, and in only 36% and 37% of patients receiving abciximab immediately before angioplasty or no abciximab, respectively.
