摘要：

Intraconfigurational 4f(7) transitions of EU(2+) in KMgF3 have been investigated by means of two-photon excitation spectroscopy. A well-resolved Stark structure of the S-8(7/2)-->P-6(7/2,5/2) transitions is demonstrated and interpreted. Additional lines appearing in the excitation spectra are discussed in terms of noncubic perturbations at the substitutional impurity site. 4f(7) excited states of Eu2+ belonging to the D-6 multiplet, inaccessible to single-photon spectroscopy, have been identified in KMgF3.
