摘要
Different techniques for capillary liquid separation with ICP MS detection are described. high-performance liquid chromatography (HPCL) is a robust, reliable and reproducible separation technique for various types of samples that provides high resolution, and can be easily implemented for various samples and application areas. HPCL can be scaled down to column inner diameters of 300 μ and less. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is carried out in open tubular, buffer-filled fused silica capillaries with inner diameters of 100 μ and less.
