摘要
An electromagnetic field model for identification of rail track equivalent multiconductor transmission line distributed self and mutual series impedances is formulated, and used to illustrate the parametric behaviour of single track impedance with reference to current, frequency, track material properties and ground conductivity. Verification is demonstrated by theoretical analysis and comparison with published experimental data. The skin effect in both rails and earth is a critical phenomenon.
