摘要
In view of uncertainty of index for drought evaluation, the entropy value theory is combined with fuzzy matter-element method to establish an entropy fuzzy matter-element model. It determines the index-weigh based on the theory of information entropy, which avoids the effects of subjective factor. The model is applied in the drought evaluation of Baiyangdian Lake. Compared the calculation result with those by using the single index evaluation methods, it indicates that the proposed model is reasonable and practical, and the result can well serve for early-warming and post-incident evaluation of Baiyangdian Lake.
