摘要：

Based on the training objectives, training standards, training process and other factors of talents training mode of applied Universities, this paper, in view of the current national situation and the status quo, explored and studied the training of applied talents combined with the Heilongjiang Institute of Technology and the training mode construction of the applied talents for the current national situation.
