摘要
As the switch and protection equipment of power system, the reliable work of high voltage circuit breaker is of great significance to the safe operation of the whole power system. Mechanical fault is still the main fault of high voltage circuit breaker. Timely and accurate diagnosis of mechanical fault of high voltage circuit breaker is the key to realize condition maintenance of high voltage circuit breaker and ensure safe operation of power grid. Related research has been paid more and more attention. This paper introduces a fault in which the three-phase closing time of the circuit breaker are not up to standard at the same time. Through field inspection, size measurement and fault simulation, it is clear that the cause of the fault is the interval characteristic, the two-wheel gap, and the exposed size of the closing spring rod is not up to standard. According to the specific causes of the fault, the corresponding investigation measures are put forward. Finally, the key and difficult problems in the field of mechanical fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breakers are discussed and the development of diagnosis methods in the future is prospected.
