摘要
It is the science and technology competitiveness that refers to the integration of total quantity and the level, the current strength and future development potential of the science and technology of a country or a region. on the points of the structures, functions and openness of the science & technology system, this paper firstly defined science & technology competitiveness and analyzed, its performance, based on which a regional science and technology competitiveness evaluation index system was designed from four aspects that were the scientific and technological input, the output, the transformation ability and the coordinated development ability between the science and technology and society. Further more, a general evaluation model of regional science and technology competitiveness was constructed with comprehensive use of gray relational analysis and analytic hierarchy process.
