摘要
In the network era of global competition, e-commerce has become a development platform and way of life for SMEs. How to effectively transform to e-commerce is the critical practical issue concerning whether enterprises can achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Based on the theoretical study of organizational transformation of existing enterprises as well as the generalization and summarization of enterprise e-commerce transformation model research findings, this article combines with the investigation and analysis of the e-commerce applications of many manufacturing SMEs in Shenzhen, proposes the manufacturing SME e-commerce staged transformation path model from four dimensions as enterprise strategy, product marketing, business operation and product production, and summarizes the implementation programs and principles of SME e-commerce transformation under the framework of this theoretical model, thereby providing new perspectives and ideas for the research on SME e-commerce transformation.
