摘要：

As an emerging sport item, aerobics is increasingly loved by exercisers and is popular in all levels of schools especially colleges and universities in China. Thus, it becomes one of important content of physical education and extracurricular physical exercises. This paper explores the aerobics teaching reform from six aspects, including connecting the content of aerobics teaching with the society, building high-quality aerobics teacher teams, introducing multimedia teaching to enrich the content of aerobics teaching etc.
