摘要：
Drawing on the economic theory of industry rent, this paper analyses the role of travel agencies association to meet the serious challenges faced by Chinese travel agency industry. The main contribution of this paper is to present a role model of travel agencies association which gives a systematic description of the responsibility the association can take.
