摘要
Seismic performance of reinforced concrete bridge columns is investigated in this paper. Several three-dimensional finite element models are established to predict the hysteretic behavior of columns under cyclic loading by using software ABAQUS. The reliability of model established by ABAQUS is verified by comparing to test result. The effects of longitudinal reinforcement ratio and aspect ratio to the capability of hysteretic energy dissipation are studied. The results show that the bridge column has better energy dissipation ability for larger longitudinal reinforcement ratio and aspect ratio. Furthermore, the study of seismic performance of pre-stressed bridge column is carried out and some valuable results are acquired.
