摘要
Exploiting hydrothermal technique, a new cobalt-vanadate termed Co(en)(2)[(V4V2O14)-V-IV-O-V] was prepared, where en stands for ethylenediamine. For its elucidation, a combination of powder X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, X-ray single-crystal diffraction and elemental analysis was performed. The compound displays a 3D configuration consisting of mixed-valence vanadium (IV,V) oxide layers and metal-organic bridges. The catalytic potential of compound 1 for the heterogeneous oxidative sulfides is strong, and 1 is reusable without activity depletion. Furthermore, the magnetic behavior demonstrates the antiferromagnetic interactions in 1.
