摘要：
The aim of study is the recognition on the voice-prints. Because the recognition speed and rate are more effective than the others. This paper describes that the raw vowels voices including the environmental noise are recognized using a neural network method for the binary two dimensional lattice array composed of 10 x 10 = 100 for the normalized DFT of voices.
