摘要：

Teachers apply transference teaching in the teaching process of many subjects. Through this way of teaching, students can master knowledge in all the subjects quickly, and it is the same in the teaching process of sports training. Sports training are very important for students' physical education learning. Teachers' application of transference teaching in sports training can significantly enhance the teaching effect, lets the student master more knowledge and sports skills. Teachers need to make innovation in the traditional teaching method, and apply more new teaching method to sports training teaching. The application of transference teaching should meet the requirements.
