摘要
The strategic planning is important for strategic management of companies. The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between strategic planning and sales performance of companies. For this purpose, we will study a sample case which belongs to a Global company named GREE and her operations in the Turkish air conditioner industry The findings of this study through analyses of GREE's domestic market sales activities, will contribute to our understanding of the nature and practices of strategic planning. The study will also provide the means for determining a possible relationship between the company's sales efforts and financial & sales performances.
