摘要
The active vibration control(AVC), which is very effective in vibration control engineering, has vast prospects for vibration control in warships. In this paper, we have studied the control strategies of active vibration control system in which the magnetostrictive actuator is used based on the feedback control principle. First of all, the single-stage active isolation control system of linear model is analyzed, and the test is made on the experimental set-up with the processor TMS320C25. The result is satisfactory as the insertion loss is 12dB at 50Hz and 7.2dB in the range of 500Hz. The single-stage active vibration isolation control system of nonlinear model is also analyzed, and we formulated the transfer function of this control system. Second, we have studied feedback control, optimal control and dynamic compensator of the double-stage active vibration isolation control system,. We have drawn the conclusion that the feedback signal should stem from the vibration signal of upper stage, meanwhile, the result shows that it's difficult to achieve the optimal control by simple classic control theory. So we used the dynamic compensator to realize the optimal control. and the experiments have been carried out.
