摘要：

It is a prerequisite for success for real estate projects to satisfy customers' demands. Strategic planning is an effective instrument for developing and managing real estate projects. However, the current strategic planning is mainly qualitative analysis and does not consider fully the owners' expectations. This paper proposes that Quality function deployment (QFD) is utilized to guide strategic planning of real estate development. The planning takes the owners' demands as the core and the characteristics of real estate project as the basis. Through theoretical analysis and case study, feasibility and advantages of QFD-based strategic planning for real estate development are proved.
